BUILDING A LEGACY

IN THE NORTHEAST

FCA is thriving in the Northeast! But there is so much more to do…”the harvest is plentiful.”

At Legacy Weekend, you will join like-minded people from across the Northeast Region as we celebrate the incredible impact FCA is making through the powerful influence of sports.

We will “show and tell” inspiring stories of changed lives throughout Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont. And you will be provided an opportunity to partner with FCA to support ministry growth in your local area.

FCA has a big vision, and Legacy Weekend is the most important event in this moment in time for growing the future of FCA in our region. It will propel local FCA ministry to the next level as we pursue our vision for the coming years.

Together, we can impact the next generation of leaders through FCA’s primary ministry strategy… “to and through the coach.”

The closest airport to the resort is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Ft. Myers, which is 15 miles (approx. 20 minutes) away. Ground transportation options can be found on the resort website here.

The Raptor Bay Golf Club is a par-71, championship track adjacent to the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. Carved from Southwest Florida swampland, it is the first course in the world to receive Audubon International’s Gold Signature Sanctuary Certification.

BEACH

The resort offers access to Big Hickory Island Beach—a secluded beach on the Gulf of Mexico with excellent shelling. Legacy Weekend attendees will have a dedicated boat on Saturday afternoon that will provide a safe and pleasurable 15-minute ride to the island.

ACTIVITIES

Enjoy relaxing by the resort’s pools or in the lazy river. Rent a bicycle, climb a rock wall, play tennis, go kayaking or take a stroll down the quarter-mile boardwalk through the mangroves preserve to the marina.
